FL Real Estate Prep (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Service”) operates flrealestateprep.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and account credentials.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number — Stripe handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards (available at stripe.com/privacy). We retain only limited transaction records (such as subscription status and billing history) necessary to manage your account.
Score report images (Diagnostic Exam Builder feature). If you use our diagnostic tool to upload a photo or screenshot of your official exam score report:
- The image is transmitted securely and analyzed automatically, in real time, to extract only your domain-level score breakdown (e.g., “Contracts: 4 of 7 correct”).
- We do not store, log, or retain the uploaded image. It is processed and then discarded.
- We do not extract, read, or retain your name, address, date of birth, candidate ID, or any other personal information that may appear on the report, even though it may be visible in the image.
- Only the anonymous score breakdown is retained, associated with your account, solely to generate your personalized practice exam.
Usage data. We may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and site-operation purposes.
Cookies. We use cookies necessary for login sessions and membership access (via our membership management system). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain your account and subscription access
- Process payments and manage billing
- Generate personalized practice exams based on your diagnostic results
- Communicate with you about your account, including renewal and support matters
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited information with the following third parties, solely as necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- IONOS — website hosting and infrastructure
- Anthropic (Claude API) — used to analyze uploaded score report images in real time; images are not retained by us or, per Anthropic’s standard API data handling, used to train their models under standard commercial API terms
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Diagnostic score data (not the images themselves) is retained to support the custom exam feature and may be deleted upon request.
Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to certain legal or operational exceptions (e.g., billing records required for tax purposes)
- Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

This Service is intended for individuals preparing for professional licensing examinations and is not directed to, nor intended for use by, children under 18.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including secure payment processing through Stripe and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
